Overview
Lead ticketing agents and ensure daily ticketing operations are completed accurately and within SLA.
Role and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily ticketing activities.
- Monitor productivity and queue management.
- Assist team with difficult cases and escalations.
- Conduct training and quality checks.
- Maintain operational reports.
