Overview
Lead and oversee end-to-end B2B travel operations, ticketing, support, quality control, and service delivery while ensuring operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage overall B2B travel operations and strategic planning.
- Supervise ticketing, support, QC, and group departments.
- Develop operational policies, SOPs, and service standards.
- Monitor airline performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners.
- Drive automation and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Handle escalations and critical client issues.
