Overview

Lead and oversee end-to-end B2B travel operations, ticketing, support, quality control, and service delivery while ensuring operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage overall B2B travel operations and strategic planning.
  • Supervise ticketing, support, QC, and group departments.
  • Develop operational policies, SOPs, and service standards.
  • Monitor airline performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners.
  • Drive automation and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
  • Handle escalations and critical client issues.
