Overview
Provide expert-level support for airline ticketing, fare rules, exchanges, refunds, and complex travel itineraries.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle complex international and domestic bookings.
- Process exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
- Support team members with fare calculations and airline rules.
- Resolve escalations and urgent ticketing issues.
- Ensure ticketing accuracy and compliance.
Desired Skills
- Expert knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Strong understanding of airline fare rules.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
