Overview

The President, North America – Agency Business and Global Operations is the executive leader responsible for (1) the P&L and growth of Mondee's North America Agency channel — covering travel agencies, TMCs, consortia, and host agency networks — and (2) the worldwide Operations function that powers the marketplace across all geographies.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Own the full P&L for the North America Agency business: annual and multi-year bookings, revenue, margin, and market share targets
  • Define and execute the long-range strategy for Mondee's agency channel across leisure agencies, TMCs, consortia, host networks, and independent agents
  • Lead the North America B2B sales organization through EVP/SVP-level direct reports, Directors of Sales, Regional Sales Managers, and Sales Managers
  • Own the worldwide Operations function powering Mondee's marketplace: customer support, fulfillment, ticketing, post-booking servicing, supplier/airline operations, mid- and back-office workflows
  • Recruit, develop, and retain senior sales leaders; build the leadership bench for the North America business
  • Identify and prioritize new geographies, verticals, and customer segments to expand Mondee's footprint
  • Represent Mondee externally at major industry forums, customer events, supplier summits, and analyst engagements
  • Build and maintain senior relationships across the travel industry ecosystem (customer, suppliers, industry associations)
  • Ensure tight alignment between Sales, Operations, Customer Support, Product, and Finance to deliver a seamless customer experience at scale
  • Champion data-driven decision-making; partner with Finance and Sales Operations on forecasting, capacity planning, unit economics, and reporting
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Desired Skills

  • 15+ years of B2B travel experience with at least 8+ years in senior executive sales roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record scaling both a regional commercial business and a global operations function simultaneously.
  • Outstanding executive presence with proven ability to engage CEOs, Boards, investors, and industry leaders.
  • Strong commercial acumen: pricing, deal economics, margin management, and revenue forecasting.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional people leadership: hiring senior talent, coaching, performance management, and culture building.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel as required.
