Overview
Manage ticketing operations and ensure smooth processing of reservations, exchanges, refunds, and group bookings for B2B clients.
Role and Responsibilities
- Supervise ticketing teams and workflows.
- Ensure accurate ticket issuance and reissuance.
- Monitor SLA and productivity targets.
- Support escalation handling and operational reporting.
- Coordinate with airlines and vendors for ticketing support.
- Train and mentor team leaders and SMEs.
