Overview

Manage ticketing operations and ensure smooth processing of reservations, exchanges, refunds, and group bookings for B2B clients.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Supervise ticketing teams and workflows.
  • Ensure accurate ticket issuance and reissuance.
  • Monitor SLA and productivity targets.
  • Support escalation handling and operational reporting.
  • Coordinate with airlines and vendors for ticketing support.
  • Train and mentor team leaders and SMEs.
